I am a user-centred Experience Design Specialist with more than 19 years’ experience in the design field, including over 3 years international exposure and over 5 years contracting and consulting experience.
I started my career in Graphic Design after completing a National Diploma in that field. I discovered a passion for combining Creative Design and Usability and moved from pure Graphic Design to UX and UI design. I am also a Certified Usability Analyst.
As an experience designer I work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers and business analysts, driving the CX, UX & UI design process throughout the projects’ life cycle.
I am passionate about creating the best user experience, and to that end, my greatest measurement of success is when my users are delighted with their experience.
